Simply Earth's Defender Essential Oil Blend is perfect for making DIY home cleaners that can sanitize and help you fight against nasty germs. Don't have time to clean? Diffuse this blend to give your body the extra boost it needs! Defender will soon become your new best friend!
Ingredients: Cinnamon (leaf), Rosemary, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Clove (bud) Essential Oils.
Essential oils are powerful and they love absorbing into your skin. Putting pure essential oils on your skin can be too much of a good thing. That's why we dilute them with a carrier oil.
A carrier oil is a vegetable or seed oil (like coconut oil or almond oil) that can safely dilute an essential oil for topical use. Use this dilution chart to help you create your own essential oil recipes that are safe to be used on your skin.
Dilution Rate: Always dilute essential oils when using them on the skin. This blend contains essential oils that are skin irritating. This blend is best used at a 3% dilution rate or less.
Kid Safe: May be used on children 10+.
Pregnancy Safe: Not recommended.
Breastfeeding Safe: Not recommended.
Dog and Cat Safe: Use caution when diffusing this blend around cats and dogs as it could cause adverse reactions. Whenever you are using essential oils make sure your pet can leave the room.
More Safety Info: There is a small risk of phototoxicity due to the Lemon Essenital Oil content of this blend. Do not use this blend if you have epilepsy or high blood pressure. Avoid this blend if you are on anticoagulant and/or antidepressant medication. This blend may be irritating to mucus membranes so use caution when diffusing it.
